Return & Exchange Policy

At NARC MODA, our pieces are produced through a considered, small-scale process rather than mass production. Because of the nature of our work, our return and exchange policy varies depending on the type of piece purchased.

NARC Originals — Made to Order

NARC Originals are designed by NARC MODA and produced on a made-to-order basis.

Online Purchases

Requests for a return or exchange must be made within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear, and returned with all original tags and packaging, when applicable.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

A return or exchange must be requested and approved by NARC MODA before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

In-Person Purchases

NARC Originals purchased in person may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, provided the piece remains unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with its tags.

In-person purchases are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.

Reworked by NARC — One of One

Reworked by NARC pieces are individually transformed, reconstructed, or upcycled by NARC MODA. These pieces may incorporate existing garments, textiles, denim, accessories, or other materials that are given a new life through the NARC design process.

Because of their unique and one-of-one nature, all Reworked by NARC sales are final.

Reworked pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges, whether purchased online or in person.

Variations, existing characteristics of the original materials, and details resulting from the reworking process are part of the individual character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact NARC MODA within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order information and clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be evaluated.

This provision also applies to Reworked by NARC pieces when the issue is the result of damage during fulfillment or shipment, or an incorrect item was sent.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved voluntary returns or exchanges unless the return is the result of an incorrect, damaged, or defective item attributable to NARC MODA.

NARC MODA is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, NARC MODA will notify you of its status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by NARC MODA.
